Able Safe Co. of Pinconning Michigan has been in business since 1984 and only sells high quality safes and vault doors. We stand by our safes and provide warranty work if needed.
It is this reputation and care for our customers that we feel the need to inform anyone who has purchased an ABLE HOME SAFE from a big box store or online retailer that we are NOT the manufacturers or the warranty contacts for this brand of home safes.
We have tried contacting this company numerous times with no avail. We can not find an email, phone number or contact for anyone at this company. We have even tried to find a listing for this company through the Better Business Bureau with no luck. You can try to contact the place of purchase for help.
Many of you have called our business looking for help and while we normally go above and beyond for our customers, we can not help you with this brand and type of safe.
We are NOT the manufacturer of this safe, we can NOT troubleshoot, order parts, get keys or keypads for this safe.
